Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All fees — including the Studio Consultation (₹3,000 + taxes), On-Site Visit (₹10,000 + taxes), Procurement Consultation (₹35,000 + taxes), and Luxury Design Preview Session (₹25,000 + taxes) — are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

All session fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued. Vidhitsa Design Studio reserves the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternate date will be offered to the client at no additional charge.

Each booking allows for one (01) rescheduling request. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to reschedule a session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited. No further rescheduling will be permitted after the first instance.

All design concepts, ideas, mood boards, spatial layouts, material recommendations, visual references, sketches, written recommendations, and any creative output shared or discussed during any session — whether advisory or part of a full project engagement — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vidhitsa Design Studio at all times. This applies regardless of whether a full project agreement is subsequently signed. No design concept, output, or recommendation may be reproduced, shared, executed, or used without the express written consent of Vidhitsa Design Studio.

Vidhitsa Design Studio reserves the right to photograph, document, and record the client's space during any on-site session for internal reference, design development, and portfolio purposes. Clients will be informed prior to photography. If the client does not wish their space to be photographed, they must communicate this in writing prior to the session. VDS will handle all such material with discretion and will not publish identifiable client spaces without prior written consent.

All advisory sessions and written recommendations provided by Vidhitsa Design Studio are strictly advisory in nature. They do not constitute a design contract, architectural drawings, structural advice, engineering guidance, or any document suitable for construction or regulatory submission. The recommendations shared are based on the information available at the time of the session and are subject to change upon further design development.

The On-Site Visit fee (₹10,000 + taxes) and the Luxury Design Preview Session fee (₹25,000 + taxes) are adjustable against the total design fee upon signing of a full project agreement with Vidhitsa Design Studio. This adjustment is applicable only once, only toward the VDS design fee, and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable in any other form. The Studio Consultation fee (₹3,000 + taxes) is not adjustable against any future engagement.

Vidhitsa Design Studio treats all client information, project details, and discussions as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without prior written consent. Clients are similarly requested to treat all design concepts, ideas, and recommendations shared during sessions as confidential and proprietary to Vidhitsa Design Studio.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or any session booked with Vidhitsa Design Studio, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
